The Charity Visibility Review

Not sure if you qualify yet? Take the free 60-second eligibility check first.

For eligible Australian charities and NFPs that are not using, barely using, or poorly structuring their Google Ads Grant.

In 2 business days, I show you what your Google Ads Grant appears to be missing, what it could reasonably be producing, and what a realistic 90-day action target looks like. In writing. At no cost.

This is not a discovery call. It is a specific documented finding with a recommended action target and a clear yes or no on whether a Charity Visibility Engine engagement makes sense for your organisation. No obligation. No pressure to proceed. If the audit does not support an engagement, I will say so. If it does, I will show you the recommended next step.

Founding partner intake: 5 organisations only.

I will confirm receipt within one business day and deliver your written audit findings within 2 business days. If I need read-only account access to complete the audit, I will reach out directly.

What I Look At

The audit covers six areas. You receive a written finding on all of them within 2 business days.

What You Get at the End

Within 2 business days of your request, you receive a written audit summary. It includes:

My accounting background means I measure what matters to boards and leadership teams, not what looks good in a dashboard. If the audit does not support an engagement, the written finding will say so clearly. If it does, the recommended action target becomes the floor for the 90-day guarantee documented in the engagement agreement.

Who the Audit Is For

This is for your organisation if:

  • You are a registered Australian charity or NFP eligible for the Google Ads Grant
  • You are not using the Grant, barely using it, or using it but not seeing results
  • You rely on donors, volunteers, service referrals, corporate partners, or community visibility
  • You need clear reporting for your board or leadership team
  • You want a specific diagnosis, not a generic consultation

This is not for your organisation if:

  • You are not eligible for the Google Ads Grant
  • You already have a well-structured, high-performing Grant account
  • You are looking for cheap ad management or a one-off task
  • You are not in a position to provide Google account access, website access, and stakeholder lists within the required timeframes if an engagement proceeds

What Happens Next

The audit produces a specific written finding and a recommended action target. From there, one of two things happens.

If the audit does not support an engagement, you have a written diagnosis of your Google visibility gaps at no cost. You can act on it yourself or share it with your team. There is no pressure to proceed.

If the audit supports an engagement, I will send the findings, the recommended minimum action target, and the terms of a Charity Visibility Engine founding partner engagement. You review it, ask any questions, and decide.

No account access is needed to complete the review. Everything I look at is publicly visible. It is the same information a donor or volunteer would find when searching for your cause.

The founding partner rate closes when 5 organisations are accepted or on 31 July 2026, whichever comes first. A founding partner place is not held by requesting an audit. It is reserved only after the audit confirms fit and the 90-day agreement is signed.

About the Audit

Every audit is completed personally by me, Matthew O'Brien. I am a Chartered Accountant with nearly 20 years of experience inside small and medium businesses. I now focus on helping Australian charities and NFPs turn unused or underused Google Ads Grants into measurable donor, partner, volunteer, and service actions.

In most charity Google visibility reviews I complete, the issue is not eligibility. The issue is that the Grant is unused, dormant, underbuilt, non-compliant, or not connected to measurable action. The audit exists because that gap is specific and fixable, and most charity teams do not have the time or the Grant expertise to diagnose it themselves.

The audit takes approximately two hours of my time per organisation. I complete audits in the order they are received within 2 business days of each request.
