The Charity Visibility Review

Not sure if you qualify yet? Take the free 60-second eligibility check first.

For eligible Australian charities and NFPs that are not using, barely using, or poorly structuring their Google Ad Grant.

In 2 business days, I show you what your Google Ad Grant appears to be missing, what it could reasonably be producing, and the actions I would recommend counting. In writing. At no cost.

This is not a discovery call. It is a specific documented finding with the actions I would recommend counting and a clear yes or no on whether a Charity Visibility Engine engagement makes sense for your organisation. No obligation. No pressure to proceed. If the Review does not support an engagement, I will say so. If it does, I will show you the recommended next step.

What I Look At

The Review covers six areas. You receive a written finding on all of them within 2 business days.

1

Google Ad Grant

Status, structure and campaign architecture

2

Conversion tracking

Whether anything is being measured at all

3

Google Business Profile

Completeness, accuracy and current performance

4

Review profile

Count, rating, recency and stakeholder coverage

5

Search visibility

How your organisation appears for the searches that matter to your cause

6

What counts

The actions I would recommend counting, and where you are starting from

What You Get at the End

Within 2 business days of your request, you receive a written Review summary. It includes:

My accounting background means I measure what matters to boards and leadership teams, not what looks good in a dashboard. If the Review does not support an engagement, the written finding will say so clearly. If it does, what counts is agreed in writing before anything is built.

Who the Review Is For

This is for your organisation if:

  • You are a registered Australian charity or NFP eligible for the Google Ad Grant
  • You are not using the Grant, barely using it, or using it but not seeing results
  • You rely on donors, volunteers, service referrals, corporate partners, or community visibility
  • You need clear reporting for your board or leadership team
  • You want a specific diagnosis, not a generic consultation

This is not for your organisation if:

  • You are not eligible for the Google Ad Grant
  • You already have a well structured, well tracked Grant account
  • You are looking for cheap ad management or a one-off task
  • You are not in a position to provide Google account access, website access, and stakeholder lists within the required timeframes if an engagement proceeds

What Happens Next

The Review produces a specific written finding and the actions I would recommend counting. From there, one of two things happens.

If the Review does not support an engagement, you have a written diagnosis of your Google visibility gaps at no cost. You can act on it yourself or share it with your team. There is no pressure to proceed.

If the Review supports an engagement, I put terms in front of you along with the findings and the actions I would recommend counting. You review it, ask any questions, and decide.

No account access is needed to complete the Review. Everything I look at is publicly visible. It is the same information someone searching for your cause would find.

About the Review

Every Review is completed personally by me, Matthew O'Brien. I am a Chartered Accountant with nearly 20 years of experience inside small and medium businesses. I now focus on helping Australian charities and NFPs turn unused or underused Google Ad Grants into enquiries, bookings, registrations and calls they can count.

In most charity Google visibility reviews I complete, the issue is not eligibility. The issue is that the Grant is unused, dormant, underbuilt, non-compliant, or not connected to measurable action. The Review exists because that gap is specific and fixable, and most charity teams do not have the time or the Grant expertise to diagnose it themselves.

The Review takes approximately two hours of my time per organisation. I complete Reviews in the order they are received within 2 business days of each request.
